BTN/ATHE RECIPROCAL CONFERENCE REGISTRATION
Register for one Conference and receive free registration for the other

Black Theatre Network (BTN) and the Association for Theatre in Higher Education (ATHE) are holding their annual conferences in Los Angeles, California. To encourage collaboration among members of both organizations, conference participants are encouraged to take advantage of a special offer; register for one conference and receive free registration for the other. 

Place and times:

BTN Conference: Wilshire Plaza Hotel, Los Angeles.  July 30-Aug 2, 2010
ATHE Conference: Hyatt Regency Century Plaza, Los Angeles.  Aug 3-6, 2010

 

What you need to do to take advantage of this opportunity:

 

 BTN members who will attend the BTN Conference and wish to receive free registration to attend the ATHE Conference must complete the following steps:

1.       Pay your BTN Conference fees and

2.      Present confirmation (receipt) of your BTN Conference registration at the ATHE onsite registration desk; or

3.      If you plan to pre-register for the ATHE conference, visit the ATHE web page at www.athe.org, follow the registration instructions and pay pre-registration fees, but make sure to check boxes indicating that you are attending the BTN Conference and are a BTN member.  Then present proof of BTN conference registration to ATHE onsite registration desk to get a reimbursment.

 Note: Participation in the ATHE pre-registration process requires payment of pre-registration fees but you will be reimbursed.  ATHE members who plan to attend the BTN Conference should present confirmation (receipt) of prepayment for the ATHE Conference at the BTN onsite registration desk in Los Angeles to receive free BTN conference registration.  (This special offer does not include membership in BTN).  BTN membership not required to attend.
